bdck Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the bdck platform (available at bdck.ws and any related sub-domains or applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the bdck platform and close any account you have registered.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bdck with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. These Terms are made available in English; in the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the bdck website available at bdck.ws, together with all related services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a registered user of the Platform, giving access to real-money games, the BDT wallet, and all associated features.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is using its services for real-money gaming or sports betting.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive awarded by bdck to a Player's Account, subject to individual promotional terms and wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency used for all real-money transactions on the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of online gaming or sports betting platforms is prohibited under applicable law, as updated by bdck from time to time.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced and is not waivable under any circumstance.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from, or be a resident of, a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bdck or any of its game providers or payment partners.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

bdck reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Account Registration and Security

Account registration on the bdck Platform is subject to the following conditions:

1. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number (used for bKash/Nagad/Rocket verification), and any other information requested during the registration process.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share these with any third party. bdck will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. bdck reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures on any Account at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal functions suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5. You may close your Account at any time by contacting bdck customer support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed Account at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) within a reasonable processing period.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All real-money transactions on the bdck Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through Bangladesh's leading mobile wallet services. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

1. Accepted deposit methods are currently bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bdck reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment channels at any time with reasonable notice to Players where practicable.
2. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in BDT at the time of confirmed receipt by bdck's payment processor. bdck is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's mobile wallet provider.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's registered mobile wallet only. Withdrawals to a different mobile number, mobile wallet account, or third-party account are not permitted under any circumstances.
4. bdck reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawal processing may be delayed during such review periods.
5. Players must not use the bdck deposit and withdrawal facility as a money transfer or currency exchange service. Any Account found to be used in this manner will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
6. All funds deposited into a bdck Account must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and a full investigation into the source of funds.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdck may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotions to Players. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

1. Bonuses are credited to the Player's Account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each Bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
2. Bonuses are available to Players with a single registered Account only. Any Player found to be creating multiple Accounts in order to claim a Bonus more than once will be considered to have committed fraud, resulting in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3. bdck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus credited before the modification or termination date will remain subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of crediting.
4. Bonuses may only be used for their intended gaming purpose on the Platform and may not be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process, or used in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
5. bdck reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus from a Player's Account and to void any winnings derived from that Bonus if bdck reasonably determines that the Bonus was claimed or used in breach of these Terms or the specific terms of the relevant promotion.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bdck Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The following conditions apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

1. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. bdck does not control or influence individual game outcomes and makes no representation as to the likelihood of any particular outcome occurring.
2. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided at bdck's sole discretion and any stake placed for that round returned to the Player's Account.
3. Sports betting markets are subject to the rules published by the relevant market operator. Odds and markets are subject to change before an event commences. In-play (live) betting odds are subject to continuous adjustment and the acceptance of any in-play bet is at bdck's discretion.
4. Any bet placed after the official start time of a sporting event may be voided, except where bdck explicitly offers in-play betting on that event. The official start time used by bdck for settlement purposes is Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdck Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, legal action:

1. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering activity intended to exploit predictable outcomes, whether in relation to casino games or sports markets.
2. Using any software, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated system to place bets, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
3. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during Account registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with bdck, including impersonating another person or submitting forged documentation.
4. Attempting to abuse any promotional offer, bonus structure, or free spin by creating multiple Accounts, using shared payment details, or coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit promotional terms.
5. Using the Platform to launder money, finance illegal activities, or otherwise engage in conduct that violates applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing regulations applicable in Bangladesh.

bdck reserves the right to report any suspected prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities. All Account activity is logged and retained in accordance with bdck's data retention policy for compliance and investigation purposes.

Responsible Gaming

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdck uses SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform to protect the transmission of personal and financial data. bdck does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdck's liability to any Player is subject to the following limitations:

1. bdck shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bdck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. bdck's total aggregate liability to a Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3. bdck is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances outside bdck's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or failures of third-party payment providers.

Amendments to These Terms

bdck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, bdck will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the contact information held on their Account (such as a notification visible upon next login) prior to the amendment taking effect. The amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
